Is there a setup fee?
No. There is no setup fee on the base system or add-ons. You simply pay the monthly subscription and you’re up and running.
Do you take a commission on orders?
No. Unlike third-party platforms that take 14–30% of every order, Teekr-One charges a flat monthly fee only.
What are the Stripe transaction fees?
Stripe’s standard UK transaction fees apply and are charged directly by Stripe — they are not set by Teekr-One. Current rates are available at stripe.com/gb/pricing.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts on the base subscription. Cancel with 30 days notice at any time.
Do updates cost extra?
No. All system updates and new features are included in your monthly subscription at no additional cost.
